This year, Lowveld residents can look forward to a very special Carols by Candlelight.
Emnotweni Casino, Radio JacarandaRMFM, the Riverside Mall and Riverside Park Precinct Association have teamed up to host an unforgettable evening of carols, candlelight and some of our country’s most well-known performers.
To avoid the risk of having to cancel due to rainy weather, the Carols by Candlelight will this year be held in the Mall’s undercover parking area.
Those who would like to join in the celebration of Christmas, are welcome to bring along the whole family for an evening of entertainment on December 7, when popular stars Romanz, Nianell and On-Que will be leading the audience in carols and other songs. MC for the evening is Robbie Cruise of Jacaranda 94.2.
Carols by Candlelight is a Christmas tradition that originated in south-eastern Australia in the 19th century and has since spread all over the world.
There will be no cash entry fee, but organizers request that you bring a book, any book, which will be donated to charity. The event will start at 18h00, and you should bring your own chair. Candles will be on sale and funds raised will also be donated to charity. This is definitely an evening not to be missed!
